Nubexs USA LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides custom software development and technology services globally. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
We collect information directly from clients when they contact us, request a quotation, or hire us.
We collect project requirements, technical specifications, reference materials, and design files needed to build and deliver software.
When you contact us via Email, WhatsApp, or Website forms, we may store your messages, attachments, and project instructions.
We do not store card or bank details. Payments are handled securely through PayPal or Payoneer. We only receive transaction confirmations.
Nubexs USA LLC is not responsible for issues caused by third-party APIs, hosting, servers, app stores, external vendors, or outsourced developers.
Clients are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of all content they provide.
We use industry-standard security measures, but no transmission is 100% secure. Clients use our services at their own risk.
Data is retained only for project work, accounting, legal compliance, or portfolio display (with client permission).
Data may be processed in the US or other regions where authorized contractors operate.

The Nubexs SOS mobile application is a safety-focused utility designed to help users prepare an emergency SMS for a single emergency contact selected by the user.
Nubexs SOS does not require a user account and does not use a Nubexs backend server for SOS functionality. Nubexs USA LLC does not collect, receive, or store the user's emergency contact number or device location on its servers. This information is processed locally on the user's device for the purpose of providing the SOS feature.
The emergency contact number entered by the user is stored locally within the application's storage on the user's device. The number is used only to prepare an SOS message for that contact. Nubexs USA LLC does not receive or have access to the saved emergency contact number. Users may replace the saved number at any time within the application.
Nubexs SOS may request foreground location permission so that the user's location can be included in an SOS message. When SOS is triggered, the application attempts to obtain the user's current location. If a current location cannot be obtained, the application may use a recent last-known device location. If no suitable location is available, the SOS message can still be prepared without location information.
Nubexs SOS does not continuously track the user's location and does not use background location tracking. Location information is not sent to or stored on Nubexs USA LLC servers.
If the user chooses to send the prepared SOS message, location information or a map link included in that message is transmitted through the user's SMS application to the emergency contact selected by the user.
Nubexs SOS does not automatically or silently send SMS messages. When the user activates SOS, the application opens the device's SMS application with the selected emergency contact and emergency message pre-filled. The user must review the message and tap Send in the SMS application before the message is transmitted.
Nubexs USA LLC does not monitor, log, receive, or verify SMS messages or their delivery status. SMS transmission may depend on the user's mobile carrier, device, and SMS application.
Nubexs SOS does not use advertising SDKs or analytics tools and does not perform background location tracking. Nubexs USA LLC does not sell or rent emergency contact information or location data.
