We provide custom software development, mobile apps, web applications, UI/UX design, consulting, and technical support based solely on the information provided by the client. Delivery quality depends on the accuracy of client-provided requirements.
Delays from the client extend project timelines.
We accept PayPal and Payoneer.
Projects may be one-time, milestone-based, or monthly maintenance.
All deposits, milestone payments, and custom work fees are strictly non-refundable. Work completed must be paid for even if the project is cancelled.
A fixed number of revisions is included unless stated otherwise. Any new feature, redesign, or additional work is billed separately.
Timelines depend on scope, technical complexity, client responsiveness, and third-party dependencies. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nubexs USA LLC is not responsible for failures, interruptions, or losses caused by third-party APIs, hosting providers, app stores, plugins, libraries, external vendors, or other third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Any form of manipulation, threats, blackmail, or abusive behavior results in immediate termination of the project without refund and without liability.
All instructions given through Email, WhatsApp, written messages, or project tools are considered final and binding. Clients cannot later deny instructions they approved.
Both parties agree to keep all project information and documents confidential.
The client owns rights to the final deliverables once full payment is received.
We retain ownership of internal frameworks, reusable components, and proprietary tools.
We may showcase the project in our portfolio only with the client’s permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nubexs USA LLC is not responsible for losses caused by third-party or outsourced services outside our reasonable control. For claims relating directly to our own deliverables, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, business, data, or operational losses except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may terminate the project if payments are delayed, the client becomes uncooperative, or attempts manipulation. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Post-delivery support is optional and billed separately unless a maintenance plan is purchased.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
The Nubexs SOS mobile application is provided strictly as a supportive safety tool. It does not guarantee emergency response, rescue, or assistance of any kind.
The SOS application is not a substitute for official emergency services such as police, ambulance, fire departments, or government emergency numbers.
Nubexs SOS does not automatically or silently send emergency messages. The application opens the user's SMS application with the selected emergency contact and emergency message pre-filled. The user must review the message and tap Send before it is transmitted.
Message delivery depends on the user's device, mobile network, carrier, SMS application, recipient accessibility, and other factors outside the control of Nubexs USA LLC. Nubexs USA LLC does not guarantee that an SMS message will be delivered, received, or acted upon.
Location information provided by Nubexs SOS may be based on the user's current device location or a recent last-known location and may not always be available, current, or completely accurate. If a suitable location cannot be determined, the application may prepare the SOS message without location information.
Users are solely responsible for selecting the correct emergency contact number, ensuring it is valid, reachable, and used responsibly.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nubexs USA LLC shall not be liable for loss, damage, injury, delayed assistance, failed communication, inaccurate or unavailable location information, or other consequences resulting from the use of or inability to use Nubexs SOS. Users should contact official emergency services whenever immediate professional assistance is required.
